1. Offer Conditions: New builds 3 month free and free installation offer is only redeemable on our Essential, Pro and Ultimate Packages, and are currently only available for the following Estates: Eurocity, Forbes 1848, Marina Club & Hassan Centenary Terraces.
2. Referral Eligibility: The referral offer is only applicable to current and future tenants of Hassan Centenary Terraces (HCT).
3. Referral Redemption: The referral offer is only redeemable against the Ultimate Package.
4. Discount Limit: The maximum total discount through referrals is £20 per month.
5. Switching Packages: Existing HCT customers who refer a friend will be moved to the Ultimate Package once the referral is confirmed by a GIBFIBRE representative. The discounted invoice will commence from then onwards.
6. Offer Details: The offer includes the first 3 months and installation for free, followed by the subsequent 9 months at £45 per month. This results in a total saving of £375 over 12 months.
7. Reversion to Standard Pricing: After the 12-month promotional period, the offer reverts to standard package pricing.
8. Changes to Packages & Prices: Packages and prices are subject to change in line with contractual terms.
9. Cancellation Policy (Within 3 Months): If a customer cancels within the first 3 months, they must return all equipment in good working order and settle any months of usage consumed.
10. Cancellation Policy (After 3 Months): If a customer cancels after the first 3 months but within the 12-month promotional period, they must return all equipment in good working order and settle the initial 3 months that were provided free of charge.
11. Downgrading Policy: If a customer wishes to downgrade to a lower package during the 12-month promotional period, they must settle the initial three months of the promotional offer before the downgrade can be processed.
